President of South Ossetia Anatoly Bibilov has met with members of the delegation of the Federal Service for State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography of the Russian Federation, headed by Deputy Head of Rosreestr Maxim Smirnov, who arrived in Tskhinval on a working visit, the press service of the head of state reported.
The meeting was also attended by the Russian Ambassador to the Republic Marat Kulakhmetov.
Anatoly Bibilov greeted the guests and expressed confidence in the fruitful and effective cooperation between the two parties.
“The Memorandum signed today by the Ministry of Justice of South Ossetia and Rosreestr is a continuation of the systematic work and those integration processes that are provided for in the Agreement on Cooperation and Integration between South Ossetia and Russia,” he said.
The President has noted the importance of the document, which provides for the strengthening of competencies in the field of real estate registration, which will help attracting investors.
“Rosreestr aims to strengthen cooperation with our colleagues in South Ossetia. We plan to pay special attention to the creation of a transparent accounting and registration system in the Republic, as well as the exchange of experience in the field of land management,” Maxim Smirnov emphasized.
A Memorandum of cooperation between the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of South Ossetia and the Federal Service for State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography was signed today in Tskhinval.
