The Embassy of South Ossetia in Russia organized the participation of the representative of the Republic, Maxim Lobanov, in the First International Project “Ambassador of Russian Cuisine”.
According to the press service of the Embassy in Moscow, the event was implemented in the Republic of Crimea by ANO "Science and Culture of the Future" and the Crimean HoReCa Club as part of the New Generation program of Rossotrudnichestvo.
The gastronomic internship introduces young talented chefs from neighboring countries to local products and the work of the best catering establishments in Crimea, its history and culture, as well as the promotion of modern Russian, Crimean cuisine in the post-Soviet countries.
From 2 to 8 October, young delegates were being trained under the guidance of the most experienced professionals.
At the end of the internship, participants were awarded certificates of completion of the training. Together with the project delegates, a roadmap for further interaction was developed.
On October 8, at the 10 Chefs Gala Dinner, Maxim Lobanov presented the gastronomic traditions of the Caucasus at the Doctor Whiskey restaurant.
Maxim Lobanov is representing the capital of South Ossetia, the city of Tskhinval, at the International Project "Ambassador of Russian Cuisine".
