President of South Ossetia Alan Gagloev visited the zone of the special operation in order to support the fighters from Ossetia. He met with the servicemen of the 4th military base and volunteers from South Ossetia and handed them technical means and and outfit.⠀
This was reported by the press secretary of the head of state Natalya Bosikova. ⠀
The President personally visited the location of the fighters, talked with fellow countrymen - participants of the special military operation.⠀
“During their stay in the front-line city of Melitopol, the fighters were provided with reconnaissance equipment - quadrocopters, thermal imagers, walkie-talkies and other technical means. The transferred humanitarian cargo also contains winter military equipment, emergency medicines, generators, as well as food,” the press secretary said.⠀
According to her, the President personally made sure that the fighters were provided with the most necessary things to carry out combat missions.⠀
“From the very beginning of the special operation, the head of state has been in touch with the fighters from Ossetia and is well aware of the situation, he knows what they need first of all,” she said.⠀
The President addressed the Ossetian fighters with words of encouragement and thanked them for the courage and heroism they show every day.
