President of South Ossetia Alan Gagloev congratulated the leaders of friendly countries on the upcoming New Year 2023 and the great holiday of the Nativity of Christ, the press service of the head of state reports.
In the congratulatory message addressed to President of the Syrian Arab Republic, Bashar al-Assad, Gagloev noted that "the upcoming holidays unite people, gather relatives and friends at the family hearth, symbolize faith in mercy and philanthropy, carry the expectation of a miracle."
“I express confidence that in the New Year, 2023, with your direct participation, fruitful, constructive interaction between our countries will be further developed,” Gagloev said.
In his congratulations to President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolas Maduro, Alan Gagloev noted that "these bright holidays fill our homes with special joy, light, fun."
“We meet the New Year celebrations with the desire to make our loved ones happy, to give them attention, care and the warmth of our hearts,” the President said.
