"The appointment to such a responsible state post is an indicator of trust and respect for you from the country's top leadership, a high assessment of your professional activity," reads the congratulation published on the official website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of South Ossetia.
Akhsar Dzhioev has expressed confidence that the accumulated experience and personal business qualities will allow the newly appointed minister to successfully solve the tasks of protecting the foreign policy interests of Venezuela.
