Children's choreographic groups of South Ossetia will hold a charity concert in support of children affected by the earthquake in Syria, the press service of the Ministry of Culture reports.
The event is held at the initiative of the Ministry of Culture at the Chermen State Cinema and Concert Hall in Tskhinval on February 22, the concert starts at 17.00.
“The charity concert will be attended by the dance group “Kaft” of the choreographic school-studio under the Ministry of Culture under the direction of Maya Chetion, the dance group “Iron” under the direction of Diana Khugaeva, the dance group “Nyfs” at the house of culture of the Znaur district under the direction of Ruslan Tasoev, as well as the finalists of the vocal project “Zaræg” Timur Dzudtsev, Lina Gatikoeva and others,” the statement of the press service reads.
The Ministry of Culture noted that all proceeds from the concert will be sent to children affected by the earthquake in Syria.
Earlier, the Committee on Youth, Sports and Tourism opened a humanitarian aid collection point for the victims of the earthquake in Turkey and Syria, where everyone can apply to provide all possible assistance.
