The delegation of South Ossetia will leave for the Chechen Republic on Sunday, where the Days of Culture will be held.
Alana Khugayeva, press Secretary of the Republic's Ministry of Culture, told the "Res" news agency that official events would begin in Grozny on Monday, with a visit to the Akhmat Kadyrov Memorial Glory Complex.
There will be a flower-laying ceremony and a guided tour of the museum, a visit to the mosque “The Heart of Chechnya.
On the same day, the official meeting of Minister of Culture of South Ossetia Rada Dzagoeva with Minister of Culture of Chechnya Aishat Kadyrova will take place. This will be followed by a press briefing with the participation of the two ministers. In the evening the official opening of the Days of Culture of South Ossetia in the Chechen Republic will take place. The Chechen audience will be presented with the play "The Black Burka" by the Kosta Khetagurov State Drama Theater directed by Kazbek Dzheliev, the premiere of which was sold out in early May in Tskhinval.
According to Khugayeva, the next day, May 16, a concert of the Galaev State Song and Dance Group"Simd" will be held as part of the program. People's Artist of the Republic of South Ossetia Vano Bekoev a,nd Marta Kharebova will also take part in the concert.
“The events will end with the official closing of the Days of Culture of South Ossetia,” the press secretary noted. It should be reminded that in early March the Days of Chechen Culture were held in Tskhinval.
