The entire path of state building in Venezuela is the history of the courageous struggle of the heroic Bolivarian people for their right to freedom and independence. This is stated in the congratulatory message of Foreign Minister of South Ossetia, Akhsar Dzhioev, to Minister of Foreign Affairs of Venezuela, Ivan Gil Pinto, on the occasion of the Independence Day of the republic, the press service of the Foreign Ministry of South Ossetia reports.
Dzhioev рфы noted that in different historical periods, people of Venezuela were boldly moving forward to victory over injustice, despite all the difficulties and obstacles, under the leadership of such outstanding national heroes as Simon Bolivar, Francisco de Miranda, Hugo Chavez.
"And today, thanks to their invaluable contribution to the preservation and protection of the country's sovereignty, Venezuela is resolutely and consistently defending its national interests," he has stressed.
Dzhioev also noted the continued support of the international positions of South Ossetia by the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela and expressed confidence in the further development of friendly relations and the deepening of bilateral cooperation "for the benefit of our countries and peoples."
Akhsar Dzhioev also sent a congratulatory message to Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela to the Republic of South Ossetia Jesús Rafael Salazar Velasquez.
