The Russian delegation led by Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Alexander Novak will arrive in South Ossetia on a three-day working visit, the government's press service reports.
On November 17, the next 22nd Intergovernmental Commission on Socio-Economic Cooperation between Russia and South Ossetia will be held.
During the meeting it is planned to discuss the provision of financial assistance by the Russian Federation to South Ossetia in 2023 for the purpose of its socio-economic development, including the implementation of the agreements concluded within the framework of the development of the Treaty of Alliance and Integration, the State Program “Socio-Economic development of the Republic of South Ossetia for 2022-2025,” the action plan to optimize the energy supply of the Republic, previous programs, as well as customs interaction between the two friendly countries.
