President of South Ossetia Alan Gagloev arrived in the zone of the special military operation, where he met with fighters of Ossetian units.

During the meeting, the President handed over six Niva vehicles and a UAZ vehicle to the fighters to carry out combat missions. The guys were in dire need of vehicles,” Bosikova said.
According to the press Secretary, the participants in the special operation were given humanitarian aid, which consisted of the necessary equipment - individual kits for military personnel, for first aid (tactical first aid kits), sleeping bags, generators, food, etc.
Alan Gagloev talked to the military personnel and volunteers and thanked them for their courage and dedication in performing service and combat missions.
“The Republic is proud of each of you; you are the heroes of our time. I’m proud of you,” the President said.
Alan Gagloev has noted that the state will continue to provide comprehensive assistance and support to the fighters and their families.
He expressed confidence that the tasks facing the participants in the special operation would be completed and wished them a speedy return home with victory.
For the courage and bravery shown in the performance of military duty during the special military operation, President Alan Gagloev awarded the fighters of the Ossetian units with medals “Defender of the Fatherland.”
