Representatives of South Ossetian state media will take part in the round table meeting to exchange experience in working with compatriots abroad, Vestnik South Ossetia reports.
The organizers are the Department of External Economic and International Relations of the city of Moscow and the State Institution “Moscow House of Compatriots” with the support of the Department of External Relations of the Administration of the Governor of the Samara Region.
The program includes sections dedicated to cooperation with the younger generation of compatriots abroad in modern realities and the role of the media in the interaction of regions with the Russian-speaking Diaspora.
The meeting will be attended by representatives of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Rossotrudnichestvo, and government bodies of nine regions of the Russian Federation.
About 30 representatives of the Diaspora and Russian-language foreign media from more than 20 countries will join the discussion of current issues of supporting compatriots in face-to-face and remote formats
