South Ossetia was able to convey the spirit of hospitality of the Republic at the Caucasus Investment Forum in Grozny and attracted the interest of many tour operators. This opinion was voiced during the press conference on Friday by the trade representative of the Republic of South Ossetia in the Russian Federation, Taimuraz Goginov.
“Our colleagues were working tirelessly to ensure that the stand conveyed the spirit of South Ossetia and the purity of our nature. The style that we conveyed to the Forum participants shows what a beautiful country, people, and mountains we have," the trade representative said..
He has noted that South Ossetia has quite a wealth of experience in participating in large forums and exhibitions.
“Recently, as representatives from the Republic at Innoprom in Yekaterinburg, we were invited to the exhibitions at the regional level, realizing that South Ossetia is the participant that will only enhance any event. The beautiful image of our stand is the kind of goodness that we convey through our platform. I would like to thank my colleagues from the government and Ministry of Economic Development for their work. It seems to me that we were the most promising, the most clear and beautiful on the entire platform,” Goginov said.
He has also shared that the guests from the Republic were received very warmly.
“Our delegation was representative; it was led by President Alan Gagloev. The host country demonstrates a great economic breakthrough and organized the Forum at a high level. We would like to express our gratitude to Chechnya for the warmest welcome and special attitude towards South Ossetia,” the speaker said.
During the press conference, the development of the cannery was also discussed, the prototypes of which were presented at the Forum and, according to Goginov, enjoyed great success.
As noted by Deputy Minister of Economic Development Albert Tekhov, the plant is planned to be put into operation by the end of summer.
