The development of a document on the non-use of force against South Ossetia and
Abkhazia is at the forefront, but Georgia is not ready for this now. This was stated by State Advisor to President of South Ossetia Konstantin Kochiev during the press conference in Tskhinval, commenting on the results of the 62nd round of the Geneva discussions.

However, after a short break taken by the Georgian party, it was announced that they were refusing to agree on the then draft document,” Kochiev said.
He has added that for several years the South Ossetian party has been trying to return to work on this problem.
