South Ossetian President Alan Gagloev sent a telegram of condolences to Russian President Vladimir Putin following the tragic loss of civilian life in the attack by the Ukrainian Armed Forces drone on a Moscow-Simferopol bus.
In his telegram of condolences, Gagloev called it a monstrous crime against civilians that could not be justified.
"I am convinced that those responsible for this inhumane crime will receive the punishment they deserve. On behalf of the people of South Ossetia and on my own behalf, I express my sincere condolences to the families and loved ones of those killed in this terrorist attack," the message reads.
Gagloev also wished a speedy recovery to all the victims.
