President of South Ossetia Alan Gagloev congratulated Kazbek Friev on his election as Chairman of the International Public Movement "Alanty Nykhas", the press service of the head of state reports.
Gagloev has noted that Friev's appointment to such a responsible post is a well-deserved recognition of his high professionalism and exceptional business qualities.
"In South Ossetia, you are known as a person who will always lend a helping hand, as a reliable friend who will be there for you in the most difficult times. You fully demonstrated these qualities during the repulse of the Georgian aggression in August 2008 as the senior military commander of the Ossetian battalion of the Joint Peacekeeping Forces," the President's congratulation reads.
The leader of the RSO has emphasized that "Alanty Nykhas" pursues social, educational, cultural, moral and economic issues of life in the north and south of Ossetia, helps to actively work on the transfer of values and knowledge to future generations.
He has expressed confidence that under the leadership of Friev, the International Public Movement "Alanty Nykhas" will reach new heights, establishing strong ties within our people and representing the interests of the Ossetian people at the highest level.
