A working meeting was held in Moscow between the South Ossetian Interior Minister Erislav Mamiev and Deputy Interior Minister Alexander Zubov, the law enforcement agency's press service reports.
"During the meeting, the parties discussed a number of key cooperation issues, including the mechanism for implementing co-financing measures for the Ossetian internal affairs agencies, as well as improving their logistical support.
Special attention was paid to optimizing the number of personnel in the South Ossetian internal affairs agencies and improving the effectiveness of pension provision for staff of the South Ossetian Ministry of Internal Affairs," the press service reported.
The parties emphasized the importance of strengthening bilateral cooperation and expressed their readiness to continue a constructive dialogue on current issues of interaction between the two agencies.
