At the Prodexpo 2026, South Ossetia will debut a new product: the mountain glacier water under the Highland Water brand, according to the Forum's official website.
The Republic continues its tradition of participating in Prodexpo for the sixth consecutive year.
The exhibition will also feature products from the leading South Ossetian manufacturers, including beverages from the Republic's highlands, natural honey, and other national products.
This year, the national exhibit will be presented at two stands, organized as presentation platforms.
Visitors will be able to view the product samples, obtain information about the manufacturers and cooperation terms, negotiate, and exchange contacts with company representatives and the Republic's delegation.
South Ossetia is a mountainous region with virtually untouched nature, where the production of organic food products is becoming a strategically important area.
Low industrial pressure, limited potential sources of pollution, high-altitude pastures, and clean water resources create conditions for the production of high-quality natural products.
Prodexpo is the important tool for developing trade and economic ties with our main strategic partner, the Russian Federation. "For us, this is the opportunity not only to present he South Ossetian products but also to strengthen business ties, expand our presence in the Russian market, and outline further steps in implementing joint initiatives," Taimuraz Goginov, Trade Representative of the Republic of South Ossetia in the Russian Federation, has noted.
