Избирательный участок в посольстве Южной Осетии в Абхазии не открылся для проведения голосования второго тура выборов президента Южной Осетии. Об этом ИА «Рес» сообщили в ЦИК республики.
«Посол Южной Осетии и его помощник не могут выполнять свои обязанности по состоянию здоровья, в связи с чем ЦИК принял решение не открывать избирательный участок на территории нашего посольства в Сухуме», — отметили в ЦИК.

Комитет госбезопасности Южной Осетии проверяет информацию членов ЦИК Республики в связи с поступившими в их адрес угрозами "мобильного" анонимома. Как сообщили ИА «Рес» в КГБ Южной Осетии, все необходимые меры по усилению охраны председателя и членов ЦИК предприняты.

Накануне выборов президента Южной Осетии члены Центральной избирательной комиссии подвергаются угрозам. Об этом ИА «Рес» сообщила председатель ЦИК Белла Плиева.
