According to the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of South Ossetia, "during the conversation Dmitry Medoev thanked Cyril Buraman for the invitation to visit the Parliament of the Republic of Nauru and expressed gratitude to the leadership of Nauru for organizing an official visit to the Republic on such a significant day."

Foreign Ministers of South Ossetia and Abkhazia Dmitry Medoev and Daur Cove met with the Russian Ambassador to Nauru Grigory Logvinov.
As reported by the press service of the South Ossetian Foreign Ministry, "during the trilateral meeting, it was noted positive dynamics of the development of the traditionally friendly South Ossetian-Abkhaz-Russian relations, including maintaining an active political dialogue on topical issues of the regional and international agenda."
