declare:
- principles of the international law on equality and self-determination of nations is one of the main norms in modern system of law and order and the main aspect of self-identification of a nation as a subject of law, neglecting of which is mated with a risk of destabilization in the world
- Republic of Abkhazia, Republic of Transdnestria and Republic of South Ossetia were created with the good will of nations residing on their territories and with strict observation of principles and norms of the international law; their urge to live in independent states further, develop and strengthen them our nations proved at referendums;
- activities of Georgian and Moldovan leadership during the past years were of forcible nature in respect of the citizens of our Republics, that is intolerable and contradicts recognized principles and norms of the international law as well as earlier agreements on resolution of Georgian-Abkhaz, Georgia-Ossetian and Moldovan-Transdnestrian conflicts.
Based on the above said we appeal to the international community to recognize results of referendums conducted in our states and build relations with Republic of Abkhazia, Republic of Transdnestria and Republic of South Ossetia as independent and sovereign states, equal subjects of the international law”.
