In the night for July, 7th, the divisions of the Georgian special troops at support of 5 units of heavy technical equipment have started to move ahead from the village Avnevi in the direction of the ossetian village Khod. The staff of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of RSO is raised on alarm.
On Sunday, on July, 8th, from 6.00am till 16.00pm negotiations and consultations with the Georgian party were conducted. Initially, the Georgian side refused to move back on their initial positions, provoking the ossetian side on adequate actions. The decision to move to the village Avnevi was accepted by the Georgian side nearby 16.00pm.
At present the heavy technical equipment of the Georgian side is only in one kilometer from the place of advance. The staff of special divisions, participating in special operation is concentrated in the village Nikozi in an immediate proximity from the village Avnevi.
Thus, the tactics of the small-scale provocative actions of Georgia against South Ossetia, as shows reality, will possibly proceed after a while.
