As the correspondent of the agency «Res " have been informed at the press-service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of South Ossetia, the plane has flown by above the northern border of the capital of South Ossetia at a small height and then has left in the direction of the georgian settlement Kaspi.
In the press-service they also have noted, that flights of flying devices in the zone of the conflict are rough infringement of provisions of the decision of the Joint Control Commission on settlement of the georgian-ossetian conflict. « The georgian side planned to carry out the so-called « march of peace ».
