«The Georgian side is going on to gather troops along the borders of the Republic of South Ossetia on the backdrop of warlike rhetoric. According to him «the recent actions of the military and political authorities of Georgia are quite coordinated with the purposeful avoiding from conclusion of the peace memorandum, which could guarantee non-resumption of hostilities and non-use of force in the Georgian-Ossetian conflict zone».
