The Georgian authorities keep trying to destabilize the situation at the Georgian-Ossetian boundary line, including organization of open provocations, reported a source in the RSO law enforcement bodies.
According to this source, special services of RSO received information about the intentions of the Georgian side to attempt a delivery of unauthorized trucks with humanitarian aid.
"It is nothing but another provocation", underlined the source,- "the Georgian side intentionally had not informed the authorities of South Ossetia and the RF Border-guards, knowing that the unauthorized load will not be allowed through the border, and the incident will be broadly discussed. By doing so, the authorities of Georgia are trying to invent a reason to blame the South Ossetian authorities and the Russian border-guards protecting the boundary line for inhumane actions."
To remind, on 10 and 28 December 2009, Georgian representatives acting on behalf of interntationaly agencies had already attempted unauthorized delivery of humanitarian aid through the check-point in the village of Perevi. It was done against the procedure agreed in Geneva and in violation of the regulations for crossing of the state border.
