The terrorist attack in Vladikavkaz showed that the destructive forces in the Northern Caucasus have not given up attempts to divide society, destabilize the region , said the head of the Presidential Administration of the Republic of South Ossetia Arsen Gagloev.
"Against this background, the news about possible closure of administrative borders between the republics is bewildering”, he said. “It might only be linked with toughened control over arms and explosives trafficking."
A. Gagloev assured that the position of the South Ossetian leadership was unanimous and all possible will be done to prevent any ethnic or religious hatred.
