South Ossetia and Russia are developing a new program for socio-economic development of the Republic of South Ossetia until 2030, focused on the real sector of the economy and digitalization. The head of the South Ossetian state, Alan Gagloev, spoke about this during a briefing following the results of the Intergovernmental Commission (IGC).
The President announced the imminent completion of the current state program for 2022-2025.
Alan Gagloev outlined the main priorities of the new Program, including: development of the real sector of the economy, technical and technological modernization, digitalization of public administration and improving the quality of life of the population.
As noted by the President, current successes are already being demonstrated at various venues.
"Today, the stand of the Republic of South Ossetia presents finished products of projects that have already been implemented in a short time," Alan Gagloev has emphasized.
He also expressed confidence in the prospects for further cooperation with the Russian Federation, stating that "the future of the Russian-South Ossetian relations seems stable and filled with new prospects."
The head of state named key areas where the opportunities for deepening partnership are already opening up today: the development of industry, agriculture, tourism, digital infrastructure, as well as small and medium-sized businesses.
