None of the international organizations can implement its activities on the territory of South Ossetia through Georgia, said the South Ossetian President's Special Representative for Post-Conflict Settlement Boris Chochiev, commenting on the new rule imposed by the government of Georgia, stating that international organizations from now on must submit an special application form to the office of the Georgian State Minister for Reintegration to implement it humanitarian activities in Abkhazia and South Ossetia. The document also notes that the office of the Georgian State Minister all within 21 working days respond with its comments or to give approval to the project.
"Any decisios or the strategies developed by the Georgian government are applicable only on the territory of Georgia. South Ossetia is nothing to do with Georgia, nor with its State Minister and his decisions ", said Chochiev.
He stressed that independently of orders of the Georgian government, international organization were unable to work in South Ossetia through Georgia after the August 2008, though many of them were willing to work.
"Not a single international organization will be allowed through Georgia, a country that refuses to sign the agreement on the nonuse of force against South Ossetia", said Chochiev.
He added that international organizations, which will take into account this decision will prove the their involvement in the policies of Georgia.
"If the international organizations are guided by this decision, it proves the policy of double standards and politicization of humanitarian projects. It is unlikely that any organization is guided by this decision, but we are open for the international community, if the work is conducted through Russia ", added Chochiev.
