Tomorrow, on November 3, OSCE High Commissioner for National Minorities Ambassador Knut Vollebaek is expected to visit South Ossetia. The delegation of the OSCE will also include Senior Advisor Kaupo Kand and Senior Administrator Simon Short.
As the Foreign Ministry of South Ossetia reported to IA "Res", during his visit to Tskhinval, the delegation will meet with Foreign Minister Murat Dzhioev, South Ossetian Plenipotentiary for Post-Conflict Settlement Boris Chochiev and Plenipotentiary fir Human Rights David Sanakoev.
In addition, the visiting delegation are meeting with representatives of national minorities in South Ossetia, with the Speaker of the Parliament of South Ossetia Stanislav Kochiev, the head of the ICRC mission in South Ossetia Mr. Pierre Reichel
There will also be a tour around the city of Tskhinval and a visit to the village of Nogkau, Tskhinval district.
On the same day, the representatives of the South Ossetian side will accompany the delegation to Leningor District.
