Aid Provided to Fire-Affected Residents of Dzau District

The families that were left homeless after the recent fire in Dzau District of South Ossetia are being provided with aid, reported the Head of Dzau Administration Pavel Kumaritov.
"We provided the fire victims with trailers, kitchen ware, cloths and food", he noted.
Next week, we will install two more trailers. There people can live as long as the problem of housing is not settled. In addition, upon the initiative of district administration, a donation campaign was organized. Residents of the district share the most needed things with the fire victims; they also collect money.

According to Head of Dzau Administration Pavell Kumaritov, the fire victims had already been provided with an amount of 67,000 rubles, and collection of funds continues. It is expected that 50 thousand rubles more will be collected. "
The district administration officials, staff of interior department, hospitals, schools, and ordinary residents of the area participated in the humanitarian action.
As it has been earlier reported, on the night of January 27, a two-storey house in Dzau district of South Ossetia burnt. The houses accommodated 5 families, a total of 32 people. No one was hurt but the fire completely destroyed the house and all belongings of its inhabitants. According to interior department, the cause of the fire in the house built in the 1970's, and decommissioned in 1980s from the balance of the then organization "Tonnelstroy", was a short circuit.
