The investigatory subdivision of the KGB of South Ossetia has submitted materials to the public prosecutor's office of the Republic for decision-making about beginning criminal proceedings against three citizens of Georgia according to illegal crossing of the frontier of the Republic of South Ossetia. It has been reported to the news agency "Res" at the KGB of the RSO press-service.
«Three driving citizens of Georgia, loaded with fruit, have been detained by the frontier guards on the night of August, 11 at the moment of violating the state border near the settlement Ditsi, Goriyskiy region, Georgia. The detainees have been transferred to the KGB of the RSO for further trial. According to the fact of illegal crossing of the RSO frontier, the investigatory subdivision of the RSO KGB submitted their cases to the public prosecutor's office of the Republic», - has been informed at the press-service. Besides, on August, 11 at the entrance to Tskhinval, the employees of the RSO Ministry of Internal Affairs detained the native and the inhabitant of the settlement Tirdznisi, Goriyskiy region, Georgia, Imerlishvili Guram Vasilyevich, 1949year of birth, for illegal crossing of the RSO state border. Now the investigation is being held.
