In the period from 1 to November 9, 2011 employees of the FSS Border Control Agency of Russia in South Ossetia detained seven people for illegal crossing of the state border of South Ossetia: three of them - in Leningor District, 2 – in the settlement Dmenis of Tskhinval district and 2 - in Znaur District.
November 8 in the area Dzvilet in Znaur District of South Ossetia, the employees of the FSS Border Control Agency of Russia in South Ossetia arrested one more violator for illegal crossing of the state border. For further proceedings the offenders were transferred to the KGB Border Control Agency of the Republic of South Ossetia.
