Questions on working out a strategy of socio-economic development of South Ossetia up to 2030 have been discussed today at a meeting of the Government of the Republic with the Russian "Center for Strategic Designing" and the Russian project company "Giprogor." The meeting was chaired by the Minister for Economic Development of South Ossetia Zalina Khugati.
According to her, for elaborating the strategy of socio-economic development the members of the Government of South Ossetia must develop their own sectoral programs.
"You have to make a long-term projects that we, for our part, will include in a single integrated system of the overall strategic development", - said Khugati, addressing the members of the government.
CEO of the "Giprogor" Michail Grudinin has stressed that through the strategy generation of socio-economic development the investment projects and programs for socio-economic development will have good fundamental base.
"You cannot make a program of socio-economic development without a strategy - said Grudinin. - I think this key document will be developed in the first quarter of 2013, at the conclusion of which South Ossetia will receive systematic document on how to live until 2030. "
Economic Development Minister called on the participants for close cooperation in working out the strategy of socio-economic development of South Ossetia.
