South Ossetian President Leonid Tibilov has received a delegation of the Ministry of Labour and Social Development of the Russian Federation headed by Deputy Director of the Department of Civil Service, Leonid Vakhnin, arrived in South Ossetia on issues related to drafting the public service and the improvement of the legislation in this area. For the South Ossetian part the meeting was also attended by Assistant to the President Oleg Gagloev and Justice Minister Murat Vaneev.
Leonid Tibilov thanked the guests for their cooperation. "For more than 20 years the Republic of South Ossetia was at war with our southern neighbors. We often were not able to deal with these issues. We are now at the stage of formation, development and strengthening of our statehood. It is time to restore order, the structural transformation of the Republic, and therefore your assistance in drafting the concept of the public service is very important to us,"- said the head of state.
The President has stressed that the Republic is aimed at positive changes and is ready for constructive cooperation.
For his part, Leonid Vakhnin has thanked for the warm welcome and the format of the work, proposed by the local counterparts. "We have read the draft of the public service, made suggestions and corrections. I think that our future cooperation will be fruitful, "- he said.
