Programs for the development of some sectors of South Ossetia were discussed today at a special meeting of the Presidium of Parliament chaired by the Speaker Stanislav Kochiev.
As IA "Res" was reported at the press service of the Parliament of the Republic, the Chairman of the Committee on Social Policy and Health Alexander Pliev had introduced a draft sectoral program "Development of Health for 2013 2020." He has noted that the program meets all the needs and requirements of public health and has recommended bringing it for discussion at the session.
The Chairman of the Committee for National Policy, Culture, Education, Science, Religion and the Media Mira Tskhovrebova presented a draft program for the development of culture in the RSO for 2013-2017. She has noted that the program needs to be improved, but she has recommended bringing it for discussion at the session, as in the course of the work it may be amended.
The Chairman of the Committee on Economy, Small Business and Agriculture George Sanakoev tabled just three issues: the sectoral program for agricultural development and regulation of the markets of agricultural and food products in South Ossetia in 2013- 2016, the program of socio-economic development to 2030 and the draft law "On strategy for socio-economic development of South Ossetia to 2030."
All the above issues were agreed to be tabled at the session of the Parliament of South Ossetia.
The presidium was attended by Minister of Economic Development Zalina Khugati, Education Minister Marina Chibirova, Justice Minister Murat Vaneev, Minister of Agriculture Mair Guchmazov, Minister of Culture Makharbeg Kokoev, Minister of Health and Social Development Gregory Kulidzhanov.
