South Ossetian President Leonid Tibilov held a working meeting with the Government of the Republic, the leadership of the City Hall and the South Ossetian State University (South Ossetian State University).

The meeting discussed the current issues in preparation for the next meeting of the intergovernmental commission on socio-economic cooperation between South Ossetia and Russia.
Minister of Construction Edward Dzagoev reported on the progress and the schedule of construction work on the streets, as well as the plans for the future.
They also discussed issues relating to the work of the town hall, in particular, the further improvement of the town, unauthorized buildings and the conservation of the architectural appearance of the capital.
According to the mayor Alan Alborov, has been prepared the draft law on administrative penalties that will help this work, including in bringing to justice the perpetrators.
Much attention during the meeting was paid to problems of the youth, for the last period actively involved in the party-political life of the Republic. .
As noted at the meeting, for the youth, which is a priority line in the political system, but not object of the influence of certain political trends, are created and will be created decent conditions. The President appealed to the head of the Youth Committee with a proposal to strengthen the work with young people.
Also were discussed issues related to the work of the Ministry of Education and the South Ossetian State University.
The meeting was also attended by the Prime Minister Rostislav Khugaev, his deputies, the head of the President Executive Office Boris Chochiev, heads of law enforcement agencies, as well as the Minister of Education, Minister of Construction, Chairman of the Committee for Youth Policy , Sports and Tourism, rector of the South Ossetian State University, mayor of Tskhinval.
