The Head of the Committee on Foreign Policy and Inter-parliamentary Relations has also noted that the document will cause irritation of Georgia.

Igor Kochiev has also added that the Committee on Foreign Policy and Inter-Parliamentary Relations will recommend to the Parliament of South Ossetia to ratify the Treaty.
