Chambers of Commerce and Industry of South Ossetia and Syria agreed to cooperate

The Chambers of Commerce and Industry of Syria and South Ossetia signed a cooperation agreement. As Deputy head of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the RSO Roin Kozaev told the news agency "RES", the document had been signed on September 10 in the framework of the participation of the South Ossetian delegation headed by the Chairman of the chamber of Commerce of RUO Alan Alborov in the 60th Damascus international exhibition.
According to Kozaev, the South Ossetian delegation held a number of meetings in Damascus, during which the parties discussed ways of further cooperation.
"Members of the South Ossetian delegation discussed cooperation issues with representatives of Syria, China, South Africa, Middle East countries," Kozaev said.
The Damascus International Exhibition is being held from September 6 to 15 under the patronage of the President of the Syrian Arab Republic Bashar Assad. 48 countries are participating in its work. South Ossetia, along with Argentina and Macedonia, for the first time are taking part in this largest investment site in the region.
