The head of the Donetsk People’s Republic, Denis Pushilin, conferred the highest state award, the Order of the Republic, the President of South Ossetia, Anatoly Bibilov, and awarded the Order of Friendship to the Chairman of the Supreme Court of South Ossetia, Olesya Kochieva.
