A youth workshop on the basics of social design with the participation of representatives of South Ossetia has been completed in Alushta (Crimea). According to the press service of the Committee on Youth Policy, Sports and Tourism of the Republic of South Ossetia, the seminar, which was held from September 23 to 29, was attended by representatives of the student activists, youth organizations and government agencies.
“The educational program of the seminar was held in three areas - social design, student self-government and youth events. Within the framework of the last of them, the participants got acquainted with the theory of organizing an event of any level, having examined the practice of all-Russian and international projects,” the press service said.
The young people attended a foresight session aimed at identifying growth points in the framework of organizing events, identifying issues and developing project ideas.
“Within the framework of the Student Self-Government direction, the participants studied the regulatory framework of student councils, reviewed successful practices for implementing activities, student self-government systems in different regions and identified growth points in each educational institution. As a result, the guys in practice designed the project ideas of the events and formed proposals on the mechanisms of interaction between universities,” the press service emphasized.
In the direction of “Social Design”, the participants learned all the stages of project development, from the problematic stage to the submission of grant applications and implementation.
“In practice, they went through all the stages and developed ready-made design ideas for their regions and republics,” the press service noted.
The guests and speakers of the daily panel discussions were Director of the Federal State Budgetary Institution “Resource Youth Center” Alexey Lyubtsov, Minister of Education, Science and Youth of the Republic of Crimea Natalia Goncharova, Director of the All-Russian Organization “ Urban Renovations” Oleg Zorya, Head of the Regional Department Diana Alimova, Deputy Chairman of the Youth Parliament at the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, Chairman of the Council of Youth Parliaments “Eurasian Dialogue” Elena Erakina, head of the Department of philosophy and socio-political technologies RSU of Oil and Gas named after IM Gubkina Marina Filatova and others.
At the end of the seminar, a fair was held, developed by project participants. Among them are “Compass of morality”, “Hope”, the active school “Generation Z”, “EcoFest”, the forum “New I”, “School of mentoring”, the mobile application “Life without borders” and many others.
The seminar was organized by the I. M. Gubkin Russian State University of Oil and Gas with the support of the Federal Agency for youth Affairs and the Federal state budgetary institution "Youth Resource center".
The event was implemented as part of the National League of Student Clubs.
The grant competition of youth initiatives of Rosmolodezh is one of the projects of ANO “Russia is a country of opportunities”, which was created on the initiative of Russian President Vladimir Putin.
