The Donetsk International Investment Forum will be held from October 29 to 30.
"The delegation includes Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Economic Development Gennady Bekoev, the head of the Presidential Executive Office Igor Kozaev, and other officials," the government’s press service reports.
According to Gennady Bekoev, the Forum will discuss issues of developing bilateral trade and economic cooperation between the Republic of South Ossetia and the Donetsk People’s Republic.
“The foreign policy course of the South Ossetian leadership is aimed at expanding cooperation with friendly countries, including the fraternal Donetsk People’s Republic. We are actively developing interconnections in the economic sphere and other areas. The Investment Forum provides ample opportunities for planning further development of relations, exchanging views with the expert community of industrialists, businessmen, for representing the potential of the South Ossetian tourism and production segments,” said the Deputy Prime Minister.
He also added that the delegation of the Republic will bring to the investment Forum various types of domestic products that will be presented in the pavilion of South Ossetia.
