MMA fighter Khetag Pliev won the Extreme Challenge tournament. As Pliev told IA Res, he overpowered the opponent by choke hold in the first round in 1.5 minutes.
“The competition was held in Iowa, USA. I competed in the weight category of 77 kilograms, won in the first round with a choke hold,” Pliev said.
Pliev's rival was the American fighter Bruce Miller.
Recall that Khetag Pliev is a talented freestyle wrestler, champion of Canada in 2008-2011, participant in the world championships, second medalist of the Pan-American Games 2011, 2012, four-time US champion among cadets, juniors and youth. Winner of the international tournament for the Canada Cup (2007 - 2009).
Having achieved significant success in wrestling, in March 2018 Khetag Pliev joined the ASV medium weight roster. In addition, Khetag has experience in professional boxing.
