The number of people infected with the new coronavirus in South Ossetia on the last day of the working week was 13, Anna Gagloeva, Deputy head of the South Ossetian Consumer Supervision Committee, said on Monday.
"On February 26, 167 tests were carried out in the Republic, of which 13 were positive. Thus, the total number of cases of coronavirus in the Republic increased to 3046," Gagloeva said.
According to the South Ossetian Consumer Supervision Committee, 5 people recovered in a day, for the entire period, 2,160 were discharged for recovery, 886 people remain under medical supervision.
Since the beginning of the South Ossetian pandemic, 18,410 tests have been carried out.
Doctors recommend following the mask regimen and social distancing.
