World Theater Day - March 27, according to tradition, will be celebrated in the Melpomene Cathedral of South Ossetia with a festive performance.
The scriptwriters and directors are People's Artist of the Republic, director Fatima Kachmazova and theater artist Grigory Mamiev.
This year we are preparing a non-standard performance - in addition to the theater company, it will involve technical workers. These are specialists who always remain behind the scenes - lighting designers, stage mechanics, set designers, costume designers, make-up artists, etc., without whom no event in the temple of Melpomene can take place, " Kachmazova said.
According to her. the program of the festive evening will include excerpts from performances, musical numbers and other interesting performances.
"The performance will be hosted by People's Artist of the Republic Soslan Bibilov and Theater Artist Grigory Mamiev," said Kachmazova.
She has added that the honored artist of South and North Ossetia, as well as the Republic of Abkhazia, Zalina Sappieva, is engaged in the musical design of the festive evening.
