The modern time put forward new leaders - then they were called wild commanders, commander of self-defense detachments, but some of them became leaders not only of the detachments, but of the entire state. Among them are undoubtedly Valery Nikolaevich Khubulov. Today, here are the officers of the Ministry of Defense, the ministry, which he founded, to which he dedicated for many years of his life, "he said.
