The rally dedicated to the Day of Russia took place on Saturday in the capital of South Ossetia. The action was organized by the Republican youth public organization "United Alania" with the support of the entrepreneurship of Rossotrudnichestvo in South Ossetia.
More than ten Russian-made cars, exclusively white, took part in the rally, which, according to the organizers of the action, symbolizes peace and prosperity.
The flags of Russia and South Ossetia, which were attached to the cars of the participants, created a special atmosphere of the holiday.
The participants of the rally were greeted by President of South Ossetia Anatoly Bibilov, Russian Ambassador to the Republic Marat Kulakhmetov, the head of the Rossotrudnichestvo office Sergey Skvortsov.
Before the start of the rally, Anatoly Bibilov thanked the participants for their shown patriotism, “at such moments we are proud that we have such young people”.
“The Day of Russia in South Ossetia is a public holiday, and it is very pleasant that young people celebrate it this way. I want to thank all the participants of the rally, the organizers of the event. May God grant that this race, as it becomes an annual event, will continue to be such, and that we see this beauty, support and joy every year,” the head of state said.
The Chairman of the youth organization Mikhail Kochiev thanked the leadership of South Ossetia for the constant support of young people and all-round assistance. "I congratulate all residents of South Ossetia and Russia on this significant day."
The head of the Rossotrudnichestvo office, Sergei Skvortsov, also congratulated all residents of South Ossetia on a common holiday - theb Day of Russia.

The rally started from the corner of Putin-Chochiev streets, near the "Eternal Flame" in Tskhinval, from there it moved to the central streets of the city. Residents and guests of the Republic were happy to welcome the participants of the action.
