The head of the South Ossetian delegation, Prime Minister Gennady Bekoev has noted that the dialogue of the parties is being held under the slogan of humanitarian support to the DPR, and South Ossetia should make its possible contribution to expanding socio-economic ties with the fraternal republic.
"The framework and guidelines for today's event are determined by the decree of Vladimir Putin, the main message of which is humanitarian support to the DPR in a complex socio-economic agenda. The goal of the Government of the Republic of South Ossetia is to do everything possible in 2022 to develop mutually beneficial cooperation with the DPR and create conditions for exchange of goods ", - said the Prime Minister.
He has added that the agreements signed in the trade and economic sphere are a solid foundation for the development of mutually beneficial relations between our republics.
"We have great potential for mutual promotion of business entities and the creation of joint ventures, and we will continue to work in this direction," said Gennady Bekoev, stressing that South Ossetia highly appreciates the fraternal, partnership relations between South Ossetia and the Donetsk People's Republic, which began to develop actively in 2017 after the inauguration of President Anatoly Bibilov.
He has also reminded that a few days ago, a joint discussion was held in the videoconferencing regime of the roadmap for the implementation of the Agreement between South Ossetia and the Donetsk People's Republic, which outlined specific events in the areas of trade and economic interaction, cultural exchange, youth policy and tourism.
According to Gennady Bekoev, all this allows us to speak of a new level of relations between the RSO and the DPR.
