During a working visit to Moscow, President of South Ossetia Alan Gagloev visited the Republic's Embassy in Russia, the press service of the head of state reports.
The head of the diplomatic mission, Znaur Gassiev, briefed the President on the activities carried out by the Embassy, on the working conditions of diplomatic and administrative personnel, and outlined a number of proposals to improve the efficiency of the work of the foreign institution.
Alan Gagloev highly appreciated the effectiveness of the work done by the team and noted its particular importance in the foreign policy pursued by South Ossetia, in particular, in the comprehensive development and strengthening of contacts with a strategic partner - the Russian Federation.
The President expressed confidence that by joint efforts it would be possible to solve many pressing issues facing the Republic, assured of support for constructive undertakings and initiatives and wished success in the work.
