The delegation of the Ministry of Justice of South Ossetia is taking part in the 10th St. Petersburg International Legal Forum, which is being held from June 29 to July 1, the press service of the Ministry of Justice reports.
The business program of the SPBILF consists of 6 thematic blocks covering the most pressing and topical issues of the modern world in the field of law, within which discussion sessions are held.
The delegation of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of South Ossetia attended the discussion session "Legislation on Land and Real Estate" of Rosreestr, the speakers of which were the head of the Federal Service for State Registration, Cadaster and Cartography Oleg Skufinsky and other leading experts in the field of land legislation.
The session was followed by a meeting between Oleg Gagloev and Oleg Skufinsky. The meeting was also attended by Deputy Head of the Federal Service for State Registration, Cadaster and Cartography Elena Martynova and Head of the Service for State Registration, Cadaster and Cartography of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of South Ossetia Alena Kochieva.
The parties discussed the implementation of measures provided for by the previously signed Memorandum of Understanding and Cooperation between the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of South Ossetia and the Federal Service for State Registration, Cadaster and Cartography of the Russian Federation. In addition, other possible promising areas of cooperation in the main areas of activity of departments were discussed at the meeting.
