The laureate of various music competitions and festivals, the Ossetian singer Leyla Margieva taking part in the International Television Vocal Competition-Festival "ICON MUSIC FEST". This was reported to IA "Res" by the singer herself.
According to her, representatives of 20 countries became participants in the competition.
“Earlier, the qualifying round took place. I was selected and invited. In each nomination it is necessary to perform four tracks. Four tracks must be performed in each nomination. The event includes press conferences, master classes, creative meetings, star concerts, an educational program and much more," she said.
Margieva has stressed that the contestants are fighting for the title of the best artist in Russia.
“The competition involves several rounds. The winner will receive a prize of 500 thousand rubles,” the vocalist shared.
The performer has noted that in organizing the trip she was supported by President of South Ossetia Alan Gagloev.
It should be noted that last year the young singer from South Ossetia Leyla Margieva won the first two places of the V International Art Olympiad "Talents of Eurasia" in the nominations "Academic vocal" and "Pop vocal".
