Alan Gagloev congratulated the residents of the republic on the holiday and wished peace, kindness, prosperity and new achievements.

“I congratulate the residents of the multinational Karachay-Cherkessia on the 100th anniversary of the formation of the republic as part of the Russian Federation. The formation of the republic is not an easy path, fraught not only with victories, but also with difficulties that we managed to overcome thanks to diligence, dedication and mutual understanding,” he said.

President of South Ossetia has noted that at present Karachay-Cherkessia is a systematically developing region with a wonderful climate, a rich variety of natural resources, and a unique ethno-cultural image.

“The resorts of Karachay-Cherkessia are famous far beyond the borders of the republic. I wish your people new achievements and further prosperity.
